Our second key principle is effective training. We offer a range of exercise & sport science coaching services designed to help you achieve your fitness & sports performance goals


Our coaching support is tailored to your specific fitness or sports performance goals. This support will take into account your current level of fitness and performance, time limitations and available equipment & facilities and include all three of our key principles; scientific assessment, effective training and professional education

Coaching packages

coaching PACK 1: £50/month

This package includes:

  • an initial 30-minute consultation
  • monthly training schedules
  • unlimited email/telephone contact
coaching PACK 2: £90/MONTH

This package includes:

  • an initial 30-minute consultation
  • 4-lactate profile assessments per year
  • monthly training schedules
  • monthly review/advice consultation
  • unlimited email/telephone contact
coaching PACK 3: £145/MONTH

This package includes:

  • an initial 30-minute consultation
  • 4-lactate profile assessments per year
  • 4-body composition assessments per year
  • 4- nutritional assessments per year
  • monthly training schedules
  • monthly review/advice consultation
  • unlimited email/telephone contact

 

1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

In addition to our coaching packs, we also offer 1:1 training sessions as an effective add-on to your coaching package or as a stand along training session.

1:1 Functional strength and mobility: £40/HOUR

These sessions are aimed at strengthening the key muscle groups used for running, cycling and triathlon. They will also help promote a better movement pattern, increase your power and help to prevent injuries.

 

group TRAINING CLASSES

We also offer a range of sport specific group training classes available virtually or in-clinic. These provide easy  group access to our exercise & sport science environment, knowledge and expertise.

Class 1: Turbo Training £8.50/60min class or £6.50/45min

This class is the ultimate in indoor cycle training. Just bring your road bike and we provide the turbo trainers. You will be coached through a series of continuous and interval based sets designed to improve your cycling fitness and performance.

Class 2: Strength & conditioning £8.50/60min class

This class is designed to help all athletes integrate basic strength & conditioning into their training programme. Including elements of foam rolling, stretching, muscle activation, strength & power development and core stability, this class will help to optimise your endurance training and injury proof your body.

Class 3: Yoga for runners/cyclists/triathletes £8.50/

This class is designed to bring the practice of yoga to endurance athletes; practicing yoga has endless potential benefits including improving flexibility, strength and mobility, promoting calm and stillness and reducing stress and anxiety.
